The International Institute of River Affairs (IIRA) has been formed with a vision to establish it as a potential Centre of Excellence dealing with the river and its various issues under the same umbrella. We believe that to address this issue and to raise a voice against some unscientific practices against rivers and also for the existence of mankind and its civilization, it is utmost required to move through an institutional level.

With this objective, since its formation, team IIRA is working tirelessly to establish itself as a first Think Tank in River sector as well as developed several policy frameworks and flagships to support stakeholders.
